What should I do if I'm locked out?

Don't Panic! Give us a call on 07907 263 528 anytime day or night and we will aim to have a locksmith with you in under 60 minutes. If you're able to send us a picture of the door and lock, that'll help us to make sure we've got the right resources available to get the job done quickly and easily

If you have to break in, will it damage my door?

Our locksmiths have a wide variety of highly effective non-destructive entry methods to avoid causing any damage to your door. Unfortunately this doesn't always work and damages can happen. Rest assured we will do our very best to minimise the amount of damage and to repair it afterwards.

How long will it take to get in?

All doors and locks are different and there are a variety of factors to consider. We hope to have you back inside within 1 hour from our arrival but sometimes it can take longer.​

How much does it cost?

When we arrive on site we will diagnose the fault and give you a quote for the work. If you're not happy with the price quoted, we will leave the job and there will be no call-out fee. If you're happy with the quote, we'll carry out the work straight away. Payment can be made by cash or card and you'll be provided with a receipt by email. From that point on, you'll have 12 months warranty on all parts and labour.
